Huang Jin Gui is one of the most fragrant oolong cultivars grown in Fujian. This one is lightly oxidized, which keeps the flavor delicate — honeysuckle, osmanthus, cream, sweet florals — with a texture that's smooth and slightly creamy without any bitterness.

Re-steeps at least three times. The leaves unfurl gradually, and the floral notes deepen with each cup. The second and third steeps are often better than the first.
